People
We continuously invest in our employees by putting personal development, work atmosphere and clear communication at the centre. It is our aim to create a healthy workplace in which everyone can thrive. We encourage engagement by actively involving our employees in team-building and volunteer initiatives within our communities.
Safety
Protecting the health and safety of our people is our top priority. We are constantly strengthening our safety policy and integrating it into our daily behavior, procedures, decision-making, and operations. Through initiatives like our annual Safety Week and ongoing internal campaigns, we actively cultivate a strong safety culture - one that is embraced and upheld by everyone across the organization.
Environment
At MPET, we are constantly exploring new and innovative ways to minimize our environmental impact. From harvesting rainwater and using 100% green energy to deploying electric quay cars and hybrid straddle carriers, sustainability is at the heart of our operations. We are also actively progressing toward our goal of reducing CO₂ emissions by 50% by 2030.
Corporate Social Responsibility
In addition to our economic role, we’re committed to making a positive social impact in our community. Each year, we provide financial and/or logistical support to organizations and initiatives that contribute meaningfully to people and society. Over the years, we have built lasting relationships with several organizations, championing projects close to the hearts of our people.
